A couple quick things about me personally. I was born and raised in Orange County. I currently live with my family near Huntington Beach where I love to surf. I am passionate about art, traveling, and of course photography.
I love photographing all types of weddings. For more than 18 years, I've had the privilege of documenting 100's of love stories with my cameras. Whether you are having a Jewish wedding, Persian wedding, Southeast Asia ceremony, or same-sex wedding. With my unique blend of candid, lifestyle, and classic, technique, I am able to tell your story as it unfolds. I am confident that my style of photography will meet your needs.
It is such an honor to be trusted with capturing one of the most important days of two people coming together and joining families. I have got to say that my favorite part of the experience is delivering a custom wedding album to the bride and groom. Just getting to see the pure joy on their faces is a priceless moment. I know my job is complete when they have their photos to physically hold and share with their friends and family.
Orange County elopements are one of my favorite celebrations to photograph because they are always intimate and I have time to connect with the couple and be creative without most of the typical time constraints associated with a traditional wedding. Near me the most popular location for small elopements is the Old Courthouse in Orange County. However, OC is full of locations that will make an incredible backdrop for a small elopement.
Micro weddings also known as minimony, are a big trend in 2020, as social distancing rules are easing. If you are planning on having an intimate micro wedding at your home or somewhere else in Orange County, we can offer some creative photography solutions to some of the most common problems associated with small wedding celebrations.
I want to be your engagement photographer as well as your wedding photographer. This is an intimate opportunity to get to know you as a couple before your big day. This is one way we truly get to know each other organically. In fact, the engagement session is an important time for the couple and photographer to create a real connection. As a result, you will have amazing photos. Another huge benefit of Engagement Photography is the couple get some practice being photographed. Most couples will later admit feeling anxious in front of the camera. The session will help avoid extra wedding day nerves. Your family will also benefit when they see these images of you two and have added trust in your photographer when the wedding day arrives. In a wedding, trust equals chances to make incredible photos like on this website. When I have a family's trust, great things happen.
Working as a portrait photographer continues to be enjoyable. We have beaches, mountains, natural parks, and funky eclectic locations to create beautiful portraits all within a short distance of each other.
Portraiture is my favorite type of photography. I like the challenge of getting the best out of my clients.
My clients also hire me to create their Family Photos. Whether you prefer a traditional style or like a more candid look. I can help you decide which photos are best for your home.
Despite the chosen style, it is important to consider your goal from the session, such as a giant canvas over your mantle, or some prints for a hallway. Knowing what you want for the finished product allows me to meet your expectations. Together we will create a plan for your portrait session that fits your needs.
As an Orange County event photographer, I often find myself in Los Angeles and beyond. Event photography most requested by my clients are for documenting the following:
• Conferences and Convention
• Award Ceremonies
• Training and Seminars
• Grand Openings
• Remodels or Rebranding
Once a company finds the right photographer they don’t let go. It is very common to work with the same company every year. I have repeat customers who trust me to document all their events.
I work with many small businesses as well as large companies. A partial client list is listed below but does not represent my entire portfolio of corporate clients.
There is a high demand for professional headshot photographers. Headshot photography is the one request I get most often from past wedding and family clients. As our society's attention span atrophies, it has never been more important to have a headshot that holds viewer's attention. Typically profile photos get lost in the shuffle of life. I create photographs or Avatars with more look-ability to give you a leg up in the battle for peoples attention. This is useful on Facebook or a digital billboard next to the 405 freeway.

About My Studio
My professional studio is indeed a portrait studio. I am conveniently located near South Coast Plaza in Santa Ana, California. Just off the 55 and the 405 freeway. The purpose of my studio is to have a place to meet with you and talk about your photography needs in a relaxed environment. It is a place we can share a beverage together while we discuss your upcoming wedding or family portrait session. Here you can also see the products we offer, such as wall portraits, wedding albums, or engagement albums. This is also where my team and I retouch images, design albums, and show off my work from past photo sessions. My studio has a large warehouse space set up for studio portraits. I am proud to offer clients photos that I print in-house. Being able to provide custom prints on fine art paper sets my studio apart from other photographers.
Are Portraits taken in your photography studio?
The simple answer is yes. I have a dedicated photography space set aside to photograph individuals or groups for your LInkedIn profile, headshots, business portraits, family sessions, senior portraits, and even engagement sessions. The beauty of studio photography is the ability to control the environment with my use of lighting and backgrounds to create unique images that exactly fit your needs.
My job as your photographer is to listen to what you want in a photograph and make suggestions that help achieve your goals. It might seem intimidating at first but I strive to create a fun and relaxed environment at every session. I aim to create an enjoyable experience so you walk away feeling confident and satisfied that your portraits will look great. I am one of the few studios that offer green screen photography.
Can you photograph me at a park or outside location?
Definitely! I travel to various locations throughout Orange County and Los Angeles. I often find myself photographing Attorneys or Business executives at their office. We bring our mobile studio right to your place of business. This is a convenient way to get the entire office photographed. In addition to companies, many families and engaged couples prefer an outdoor photo session. Parks, beaches, and urban settings are just a few places that I love to photograph clients at. Here is a great list of OC photo locations.
Choosing a Wedding Venue
As a Southern California native I am very familiar with the best locations for portraits and wedding venues around town. Orange County has so many great venues to choose from. Honestly, it can be extremely overwhelming. I have pulled my resources together and compiled a list of some of my favorite places to take photos at. There are several oceanfront properties like the Montage Laguna Beach and Paséa Hotel and Spa with spectacular views perfect for large ceremonies. In addition, venues like Rancho Las Lomas are ideal for an outdoor rustic theme. The OC also has great options for traditional venues like the Center Club or Dove Canyon Golf Club. Here is a full list of wedding venues in Orange County.
