With over two decades of experience in professional photography, I have been a trusted event photographer in Orange County and Los Angeles since 2000. Conference Photographer & Convention Photography

We photograph conferences and conventions at the Long Beach Convention Center and the Anaheim Convention Center in Orange County. We are trusted partners with Visit Anaheim, therefore we work with local event planners and out of state planners. Our main focus is to provide images that document important parts of their event so they can use the photos for newsletters, and social media to market the event for the following year. Candid images with attendees interacting are always highly requested by our clients. Hiring a local convention photographer is a great way to get all the photos you need for future marketing material. 

Convention Photography vs. Conference Photography

The style of convention photography does not differ too much from conference photography. The key to getting good photos is hiring a professional event photographer. Under the event photography umbrella, you will find conventions, conferences, trade shows, and expos.

Corporate Event Photography

Corporate event photos include awards ceremonies, keynote speakers, panel discussions, presentations, seminars, team building, or educational activities, and more. These are all popular events to photograph. We have captured awards presentations at venues across Orange County and Los Angeles. Often our clients need a fast turnaround for our images of award recipients so they can send them a digital copy.   • What do you charge for event photography?

    Prices can vary, based on the location, length, scope & number of photographers required.  The best thing to do is schedule a call with us so we can learn about your plans and give you an accurate quote.

  • How can I book your photographers?

    The best way to book us is via phone 949-755-8444.  Emails are also great if you'd like to give us some details to review before we talk.  Best email address is: chris@christophertoddstudios.com

  • Will you be the photographer?

    It depends on our schedule.  Christopher will always be the primary photographer when available.  When Christopher is not available you will be paired with another member of our team to photograph your event.

  • Can I talk with my photographer before my event?

    Absolutely. We like to connect you with your photographer one to two days before your event begins.

  • Can we add extra photographers?

    Absolutely.  We are happy to put a team of photographers together to meet your imaging needs.

  • Do you have insurance?

    Yes, most event venues require a certificate of insurance (COI). We're happy to provide one to your planner or venue if necessary. 

  • Can you capture candid photos?

    Yes, we can create candid photos of your event.  Candids are the number one request from event planners we work with.

  • Do we get the digital files/photos?

    Yes, our standard event coverage comes with the digital files included.  We will color correct the images before delivery.

  • When do I get my photos?

    Typically in 1-3 days after your event. Our delivery platform is an easy digital download connected with your online image gallery.

  • Can I share the photos online?

    Absolutely, you can download your photos from your gallery or share the link so attendees can view and download the photos themselves.

  • Can you do head shots at our event also?

    es.  We can bring a mobile studio to photograph your workers' profile images while onsite.  Please schedule a call with us for a custom quote. A specialty service we offer is called a convention headshot booth. This is where the client provides headshots at a tradeshow or convention to attendees. A great way to get noticed and interact with people. 

  • Can you give us images during our event?

    Yes, we can. We just need to arrange this service in the planning stage so we have all the proper equipment on hand to deliver images during your event.

  • Will you retouch our photos?

    Typically not unless otherwise arranged before your event.  All of our event photography will be color-corrected and beautiful. Please let us know if you have any special needs.

We have much experience photographing holiday parties at hotels and resorts in Orange County. Office Holiday parties are popular from November to January when the year starts to wind down and people get into a festive spirit.
