Individual Headshots Start at $297

Headshots for individuals. One person, one session. Photographed in our Fountain Valley studio or at your office. You review the images and only pay for the ones you want.

Team/Group Headshots Start at $1197

Business headshots for your entire team. We make it simple by bringing our mobile studio to your office or on location. Group sessions start at $1,197  includes one retouched image per person and 48-hour delivery. Contact us for volume pricing on teams larger than 12 people.

All Headshots Include

Planning call, posing & expression coaching, prep guide, immediate image review during the session, and 48-hour delivery via a private online gallery.

Typical Spend

Clients typically spend between $300-$1500 depending on size of group.

Standard five-day delivery is included. Full usage rights for web, social, print, and digital are included at no cost.

How is corporate event photography priced?

By the hour, with a two-hour minimum. We cover conferences, trade shows, galas, award nights, and company meetings across Orange County.

No two events are the same, so we don't offer one-size-fits-all packages.  It's important to have a quick call to discuss the scope of your project so we can understand exactly what you need and give you an accurate quote.

Retouched images are delivered through a private online gallery within 48 hours. Images are exported in multiple formats ready for immediate use.

  • Where is your photography studio located?

    Christopher Todd Studios is centrally located in Orange County, just off the 405 freeway. The studio is easily accessible from Irvine, Costa Mesa, Santa Ana, Newport Beach, and Huntington Beach. The space is designed specifically for professional headshots, small branding sessions, and portraits requiring controlled, high-quality lighting.

  • Is there a minimum group size for team headshots?

    Yes. Five people is the minimum for group headshot pricing. Below five, individual headshot pricing applies.

  • What is included in the per-person team headshot rate?

    One color-corrected image per person, photographed on-site, delivered, organized by subject.



  • Do you travel outside Orange County?

    Yes. On-location work throughout Orange County is priced as listed. For sessions outside the county or across multiple venues, travel is quoted as a separate line item so you can see exactly what it costs before you approve it.



  • What is required to hold a date?

    A 50% deposit confirms the date. The balance is due at delivery. Proposals remain valid for 14 days from the date they are issued, which gives you room to route it through internal approval without the number changing underneath you.



  • Can we book photography and video for the same event?

    Yes, and it is common. Photography and videography are priced independently and then combined into one proposal and one invoice. You coordinate with one vendor, not two.

  • Can Christopher Todd Studios photograph large teams or entire companies?

    Yes. The studio regularly photographs departments, leadership teams, and company-wide staff. Consistent lighting, posing guidance, and background styling ensure a unified brand appearance across websites, directories, and marketing materials.

  • Can you match our existing headshots?

    In most cases we can match your existing headshots. 

  • What if we need both headshots and event photography?

    The studio frequently provides combined services for companies—offering team headshots, leadership portraits, and corporate event coverage in a single coordinated project. This ensures consistency in imagery and simplifies scheduling for businesses. Be sure to ask about our headshot photobooth for large events.
